Such protests from the Jewish community are very effective and important. Criticism of Israel by Israel, its networks and lobbies, or by corrupt politicians like Emmanuel Macron is qualified as anti-Semitism to repress these demonstrations. Avi Shlaim, an Anglo-Israeli Jewish historian of Iraqi origin, explains this instrumentalization. It is very important to pay attention to these issues and instrumentalization.
